2. Services

2.1. Sandton Kitchens provides kitchen design, renovation, and installation services in South Africa.

2.2. All services are subject to a separate written agreement between Sandton Kitchens and the client.

2.3. Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All content on this Website, including but not limited to designs, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Sandton Kitchens and is protected by South African intellectual property laws.

3.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using our services
• Use the Website for lawful purposes only
• Not interfere with the Website’s functionality

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1. All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR).

5.2. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5.3. Payment terms:

• 50% deposit required to commence work
• 40% payable when materials are delivered
• Balance due upon completion
• All payments must be made to our designated bank account

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

6.1. We provide a 3-year warranty on workmanship.

6.2. Product warranties are subject to manufacturers’ terms.

6.3. Website content is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Sandton Kitchens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.

8. Project Timelines

8.1. Project completion dates are estimates only.

8.2. We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Force majeure events
• Client-induced delays
• Material availability
• Weather conditions

9. Cancellation and Refunds

9.1. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• Before commencement: 10% of deposit
• After commencement: No refund of deposit
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins

10. Privacy

Your use of our Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Negotiation
• Mediation
• South African courts as a last resort

11.2. These Terms are governed by South African law.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website.
